Criminal liability

Agenor Mantenimientos has developed a Corporate Responsibility Programme in Criminal and Ethical Matters (Programa de Responsabilidad Empresarial en materia Penal y Ética, PREPE), which includes the guiding principles and commitments of the Organisation with regard to Criminal Risks.

This is the Monitoring Committee that:

Oversees the operation of and compliance with the Company's criminal prevention model.

Promotes ethical behaviour of the internal team.

Monitors compliance with current legislation applicable to the company's activities and with the organisation's internal regulations.

Code of conduct

We know that the success of the organisation depends on our individual responsibility. For this reason, since 2017, Agenor Mantenimientos has had a Code of Conduct which, through its basic values and principles, defines our behavioural standards.

Principles of the Code:

All actions will be undertaken in an ethical and responsible manner.

Compliance with the legislation in force in each Autonomous Community.

03.

The behaviour of our staff shall be in compliance with the spirit and the text of this Code of Conduct.

04.

All individuals and legal entities that directly or indirectly maintain any labour, economic, social and/or industrial relationship with Agenor Mantenimientos shall be treated fairly and with dignity.

05.

All Agenor Mantenimientos activities will be undertaken in the most environmentally friendly way.

Whistleblower channel

Agenor Mantenimientos provides internal staff, collaborators and other individuals who, in one way or another, have a relationship with the company, with a whistleblower channel for reporting possible criminal or illicit conduct or conduct that is contrary to the Code of Conduct and Good Governance of Agenor Mantenimientos.

Irregularities or breaches of internal or external regulations may be reported through this channel.

This system is designed, established and securely managed to guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and of any other person mentioned in the communication, and of the actions carried out in the management and processing thereof, as well as data protection, preventing access by unauthorised staff.
